How have you done?
In Part 1 we were talking about Planning – Listing those TOP 3 THINGS that you want to focus on that will make the most difference to your business.
Have you managed to tick off even one of your Top 3 things or did you get side tracked by the day to day running your business?
Don’t worry – now is the time to STOP and re-focus. Look at your top 3 goals again and ACT on them NOW. Not later NOW – even if it is just breaking them down into smaller chunks and ticking off the first action. When you start doing this you will feel as though you are moving in the right direction rather than getting to the end of your working day and feeling as though you have not achieved what you were hoping to.
HOW DO YOU DO THIS?
We find that by setting a timer for just 1 hour first thing in the morning helps focus our minds on our priority tasks and therefore we are always slowly moving in the right direction.

- Write down all the things you HAVE to do today.
- Number them in order of importance
- Then work through them
Set the timer for each task a maximum of 1 hour and FOCUS until either the task is done or the timer goes off and then …
